Default Fully Loaded Sports Investing Website for Sale + 15,000 registered members

Hi Guys, I'm contemplating selling my sports investing business as I no longer have the time available to put into its ongoing growth and maintenance due to family life and personal reasons. I've had the business online for est. 10 years, covered by Bloomberg news, grown to over 15,000 registered members (with a lot of data appended to the users profiles) and ongoing investment into the business model and sports bettor growth. Its cashflow positive. While I'm still documenting the full business profile, sales/revenues, etc. to publish, I wanted to get the word and feelers out there for anyone who has sold an online sports business before, and any recommendations or suggestions where best to publish its availability. Details of the website are below.

    Employees: 2 full-time + outsourced teams
Age: est. +10 years (business and website)
    Service: Sports Investing and handicapping
    Accolades: Covered by Bloomberg News
Members: +15,000 registered sports betters w/ full profile data (name, location, contact details, sports interestes, digital body language, sales funnel drop off, etc.). Conversation rate is <1%, but little focus has been on conversion optimization. Data analysis has been done on the members and their digital footprint (ex. sports interest, location, etc.) to understand insghts on the users who pay vs. don't, and price point, and why (ex. pricing strategy and commerce options)
Coverage: All major global sports; NFL, MLB, NHL, MLB, NBA, College football and basketball, European and World soccer / football, Rugby, Cricket and more.
Revenue model: Monthly recurring subscription packages (Americas, Europa, and World) to access the paid services. Package pricing $49USD for 1 week test drive, and the popular $99 USD to $149 USD per month, and seasonal packages from +$500 USD.

    Hi WooHoom,

I'm working on the prospectus at this time to assess a valuations on it. Outside of this before running the numbers, my expectations is 200-300K simply for the overall investments put in to-date, current revenues (and forecasted run rate), equity built over the last decade.

    Honestly?

This thing looks dead from the outside looking in - having curled up it's toes in October 2017.
It may be vibrant on the inside to paid members, but you can't see that by viewing your website as an unregistered user.

There may be some value there if the finances are positive after accounting for 2 fulltimers, outsourced costs and owners time.
But it's hard to imagine a big pay-day based on the first impression.
