    Default The Gala Casino Scam

After ten months of waiting to be paid, the waiting is up. I have just rang GVC for an answer, and told them without and answer it will become a legal matter. Their response ( Debbie Blood ) "well make it a legal matter then". They have no intentions at all of paying the yet more thieved commission. I will now be taking this up legally. If anyone is interested at all, PM me. I'm certainly not looking for funds, simply more information.

Good luck with this. I think there could be mileage in making FOI/GDPR requests to see what data they hold on you and your activities for them. I doubt they are in any way meeting their obligations because the reporting is a mess (i always presumed deliberately to be able to shave at will).

GVC - BWin and all the crab in the world under one name.

Yes, definitely will be a good idea to take the to court.

    One example :

Bwin after been bought by GVC started affiliate program in Buglaria 3 years ago. Many people invested big money for campaigns, content and whatsoever.
Then after one month, they closed all account, cut the winning and untagged the players saying "Only fraudulent activity we detected from your country". Disgrace.

Communication was with some guys with Indian names in Africa.....

BWIN was not a bad brand long back in the days, but after GVC came it is all : shaving, thieving and lying to anyone they can.
Seven times fall, eight times stand.

Coral and Gala were both good brands to me for years ( I know a lot would disagree) until GVC got their parastitical fingers on them. Litterally the day they bought them, my commission was slashed by about 50%. They just denied it. Then came back all the stats issues, they denied there was any problem with the stats. They then slashed my income agian at some point, then to the 5%, then to the closure of my accounts.

They wont have much to go off in court, considering I have 70 odd ignored emails about the situation and several responses that are pure lies. I also have all our phone conversations recorded. The minute I can leave my house, if my Gala Casino commission is not paid I will be going straight to a lawyers. I'm am now totally sick of these parasites. Since Sky Vegas started the ball rolling, I have had the best part of 500k a year thieved off me and GVC are the final straw.

Coral used to be one of my best too, for a long time. Gala ripped me off even before GVC I think. It was when the crooked Israeli department took it over. GVC have stolen and conned everyone - every single affiliate has been conned on all their brands. At the minimum the likes of Coral have removed all players 3 years old, which is maybe 90%+ of revenue for many affiliates, certainly for me. Ladbrokes stole way more. After decades of promotion and spending millions in PPC - I promoted both since they started coz I was around before they were online - I have just binned these brands. I turned their reviews negative and turned my back.

I know the likes of oddschecker etc will have different arrangements. But otherwise, as I say, GVC have conned every affiliate, yet still affiliates on this forum happily promote GVC brands, seemingly morons who are deluded and oblivious to the crimes against them. Or maybe they just have no traffic anyway so they'd be earning zero whatever happened.

GVC's actions are the work of Kenneth / Kenny Alexander. He is a criminal who in any other sphere of business would be serving many years in prison for the fraud he has perpetuated on affiliates. He is pure filth and scum.

Nobody has landed a single blow on any of these criminals. Apart from negative reviews, the likes of SkyBet and GVC and others have got away with robbery on an historic scale.

I wish you loads of luck landing a punch on them. It will be a gruelling marathon, not a sprint.

Both Coral and Ladbrokes started to steal before they were taken over by GVC. Then they finished it.
More effective would be to break bones or kill some of the thieves like in old good 90s or middle ages. Because we are laughable weaklings.

I think Ladbrokes just thieved from the word go, and never bothered crediting you with any players in the first place. They had nothing to thieve off me but traffic, and that was short lived. They had messaged me a few times in the past and said we will have to close your account because you aren't sending enough traffic, I simply said close it then. Which for some reason they never did, I think they were just after some more of that free traffic.

Around 2013 I was working directly with HOA, some jewish guy, obviously incompetent scammer. By the time they maybe switched off the thievery mode for some time and it looked great. They even changed cookie from 3 days to 30 days (actually they blew it and did 33 days and even their banners without clicking on them were dropping affiliate cookies - this worked however only for live odds banners).

But that period was short lived and after they were just after traffic as you say.
