    Default GAMING GANG giving players the run around and stealing thier money!

    Well since you don't answer my emails or IM's , have to take this public.

    Yes the players account had two accounts from the same household, but you locked the second account and KEPT the deposit. That money should have been returned WEEKS ago.

    As usual, things are not as black and white as portrayed:

    Due to breach in the site’s Terms & Conditions, the player was indeed automatically banned by the system.

    However, LVCasino has taken procedures to refund the money and resolve the issue directly with the player.

    This was not a simple task, as the funds were deposited using a gift card (which cannot be directly refunded),
    and so another financial route had to be created, so we had the customer open up a UseMyWallet account and
    promptly refunded the money.
