Any of you have any recommendations for a geoblocking WordPress plugin that can block visitors from a certain Canadian province?

Certainly in Wordfence you can block entire countries and selected IPs.

The GeoTarget IP Plugin from Flytonic will do what you're asking.

Be careful if you're using a caching plugin, as you're likely to experience problems with cached pages shown when you don't want them to.

If you have some PHP skills, you could download the MaxMind database and do the same thing with a few lines of code - again, watch out for caching.
