Geo Targeting Plugin for wordpress

Can you webmasters using wordpress share with me your experience with using a Geo targetting plugin to direct your visitors to unique content based country of origin.

For example I would want the US visitors to casinogames.com to see US Friendly game content and German visitors to see German specific casino games.

Does using Geo targeting have any negative effects on SEO.

It may affect the indexing if Googlebot can't access all content

Another thing to notice is that you need to either disable caching on pages you have geotargetted (here might be negative effect) or you need to find a way around it - cache the whole page besides the Geo table for example, or cache different page versions for USA, Germany, etc.
