Thanks for sharing chaumi!
I'm a huge Ludovico fan and was lucky enough to see him at the Hammersmith Apollo and Royal Festival Hall a couple of years back. Out of this world!
Wow that must have been amazing. Can only imagine what it would be like to listen in that sort of setting, and live.Quote:

I have faint memories of her offering to teach me. It's a long time ago.
What a gift that would have been, and what wouldn't I give to sit with her again and listen to this.
Recognize your opportunities when they present, whatever form they take (though it would be hard making an 8 year old understand that!).
It was amazing - his violinists were exceptional too. I have looked at upcoming tickets but they're more Europe based/ USA. I would definitely go again tho.Quote:

It surely is not easy for an adult. With my inability to focus on 2 things at the same time and general lack of any musical ability, I think the chance was lost.
In another life (if there is one) we'll do a duet one day :-)
beautiful. :)
That's peaceful and calming music. Thank you for sharing it with us.
I totally agree..the ship has sailed!Quote:

I love Ludovico's music. At least once I must listen to it live.:band:
Wow, great music. Great background music to relax or work with. Thanks for sharing.
Thought of this thread when I saw that there are new dates for UK in March 2022: Hammersmith Apollo, Alexandra Palace and Manchester Apollo. Tickets go on sale on 22nd October for anyone wanting to see him live in the UK. I think I'll try and get tickets :)
Thx Dquared. Great to know.
Actually, I was just going to put this in a new thread today...but it will be as good here as anywhere.
Seen for first time on a UK 'show' last night (by me anyway, I think it's actually a few months old) .....
This isn't the version that was shown (because I suspect many won't be able to reach the recording), in which the emotion of the song was tangible...
But it still conveys I think....

Thanks for sharing chaumi, I can see what you mean about the emotional energy with that performance... the ever great Tom Jones
