This website is full of wrong translation. [...] There are also many sentences that are correctly translated "word by word" but would never be used by any professional translator. [...] All these mentioned mistakes are on top of your homepage, so I would suggest to hire a german native translator to correct them and to make the german homepage look professional. As RouletteZeitung already said: "German casino players are very fussy about such things. The first impression counts."

We are aware that our translations were not done in the proper order,and it has been our top priority to have this fixed ASAP ,and this time, the right way. All translations will be uploaded and corrected by mid June at the latest.

Today, 291 days (!) later the result of the "top priority" is a disaster.

I checked only one (!) page: http://www.quasargaming.com/de/questforgold

Still tons of grammatic and orthography errors within a handful of sentences.

And this is only ONE page!

Sorry, but if I would have a casino, a business website (!), outside of my nature language, then I would invest $200 or $500 for a perfect translation like most other programs are doing it. Otherwise promote your casino only in languages you can understand yourself, because a casino is not a madhouse.

And please, I have waited 291 days for your promise, that "All translations will be uploaded and corrected by mid June at the latest."

Mid June last year!

At this stage your casino is unacceptable for every German player and webmaster who can read and write.

291 days is a long time of patience. But a promise is a promise, and I never forget, what was promised last week, last month or in the last decade.

It is possible, that "All translations will be uploaded and corrected by mid June" this year "at the latest."?

Yes last year we did revamp all language translations which was a big improvement to what is used to be before. I am aware that the German page can be perfected and we are working on this as well.

We hope to have German translations corrected in the near future as this is a very promising and important market for us so we ask you to be please be extra patient with us for the time being. We are working very hard in order to deliver a great holistic product. You can count on finding a perfectly translated German page in the very short term future.

Also, I can assure you that the translations did not cost us a couple 100s euros but thousands...I do appreciate that the German language can be interpreted differently so I do kindly ask you to point out which sentences of the page you are referring to.

Lastly, I strongly disagree when you mention that we have not delivered on our word -

We promised to update translations of all languages mid last year and we did exactly that. I can provide you with the layout of the page prior to the update and you can judge for yourself if any changes were made. As I said, I am aware that some wording/sentences can be very subjective but a lot of effort has been put into making the German page as welcoming as possible.

Please do point out the areas you are referring to as ton of grammar mistakes.

We promised to update translations of all languages mid last year and we did exactly that.

But I can't see any value if a translation obviously was made by persons who don't speak the languages.
And why other programs have absolutely no problem with translations in German?
Answer: They hire people, who can speak German or they have a German speaking affiliate manager in the office who can do the job for extra money.

Please do point out the areas you are referring to as ton of grammar mistakes.

The relation between sentences und spelling/grammar mistakes is vast and what I call "tons".

We are not talking about a private fun website or a forum. We are talking about a business website, where money goes around!

If you are working on translation you maybe also want to correct mistakes of essential translations like in main menu "Kassa" to "Kasse" and "Tischspielen" to "Tischspiele". Or in the bonus section "Erste Einlage" to "Erste Einzahlung" or "Nachfüllungsbonus" to "Reload Bonus" as I would use the original english words here. Search for "Nachfüllungsbonus" via google and it will deliver two results...

We invested in a translations company for obvious reasons so we naturally made sure that the translations would be carried out by native translators. However before I am able to comment further, I would like to wait for a reply from the company hired to do the job.

It's time to refund your money! You have to know, that I am a professional writer in my mother tongue, and Germany is the land of poets and thinkers.

After I saw the so-called "translation", which can only be described as amateurish, from only one page, I have had sleep disorder and eye pain.

And after the fact, that the German translations, made by a "translations company" are crap ... I suggest you to ask some more people from different countries how the other language translations ................... !?

Good afternoon,

we are investigating the matter and all your views and suggestions are being considered.

today is Tuesday. For a normal and serious (!) company Monday is a working day. What is the answer from the translation non-starters, who have taken your money but did not deliver properly?

I will show you an example. After signing-up to a new web hosting company for add-on projects on Saturday I needed support a few minutes later, because not the youngest anymore.

Two (!) minutes later the support answered and fixed the problem. On weekend! Four minutes after paying the bill with Paypal all was ready to start!

This is an example for a serious company and the reason, I have to ask again: "Good afternoon, today is Tuesday ..."
