Default Go Wild Gone Crazy with Deductions or Just Bad Stats?

We have been following our members and conducting tests with Go Wild Affiliates over the past several months and I can confirm 100% that there is something wrong. (Wild Jack Pot, Go Wild and Astral Bet). We know that we should have revenue from the tests and the casino shows either negative or no revenue. We reached out to the Casino to request an explanation/break down of their calculations and they simply directed us to their affiliate site. At first we thought it was an isolated incident but we have had a number of cases where this has happened. We see the registrations, we know there was revenue but they don't show up in their stats and they don't explain their numbers. Has anyone else had these types of issues? Watch your numbers with these guys. The fact that they can't and will not explain their numbers should be enough to be concerned.

Go Wild Update After an in depth Review:
1)We had significant revenue and member play prior to August of Last year.
2)One of Previous Managers contacted Andrea the account manager and was given a lot of general information but refused specifics. We have 6 different players screen shots and information indicating revenue.
3)I took over from the previous manager as I noticed that we have significant play for 12 months but all negative revenue.
4)I requested a specific review via e-mail. The new account manager rutger/rodger refused to explain it in an e-mail because he wanted efficiency and indicated that it was explained in previous e-mails. I asked for those e-mails and he refused but offers a skype. After many lengthy e-mails I agreed to a call if he would explain specifics.
5)We had a skype call but her refused to explain specifics. His reason was that even though these were new issues, they had already explained it in e-mails and that I didn't have the entire picture. Interesting to say that I didn't have all the e-mails but refuse to provide them.
6)I tracked down all e-mails and had a call with the previous manager and he confirmed that it was not explained and that all he got was a run around with no specifics. This was supported by all the e-mails and my experience.
7)The manager did recommend a test of their site by myself. I asked why would this be necessary. Did he think that the 6 independent members were not telling the truth. He couldn't answer this but said that on of the previous issues was a player issue.

I have read a number of posts from other affiliates having the same issues. The negatives over the past 12 months even with significant play seem to coincide with them changing platforms. Normally I would sum this up as an issue with the program but given the obvious refusal to review specific cases indicates that they don't really want to answer the question and clear up an possible issues. Maybe a Strategy? My recommendation is to think twice about doing business with them. Something isn't right here. Go Wild has just gone crazy!
