    Yes, only one of the wires came thru this past week (I think the 27th?). But now I am still waiting for the other wire to show up. Could you check on this one now? Please let me know the status okay? Thanks so much,

    I'm not aware of any wire missing. The first wire you have found in your other acc and the second one bounced back, resent and now received.

    Daniel,

    Yes, I still have a wire missing. The first wire was from initial winnings back in October/Nov, finally received around the first of December.

    I had more winnings in November and had asked for two wire transfers to be sent on November 27. I have now received one wire from my November 27 request date, still waiting on the other half of my winnings to show up.

    Daniel, one more question I am hoping you can help me out with. Finance is sorry to say.. very lacking. At any rate my wife went to make a deposit the other day on your site again and attempted to claim a bonus she received via email. However, it would not work. So she went live with the chat and they informed her that she can no longer receive bonuses and if she had any questions to contact Finance. Well again..... several emails sent with NO response. We love your slots and I even opened up an account " as she was complaining about me playing her money " lol....... I did not do as well.. at any rate I hate to be a bother but I guess I am curious as to why she is no longer allowed to have bonuses ?? and is this their way of saying they do not want her business ? .. why no emails from the site explaining why or what was going on. Why does she continue to get offers in her email only to be told she cannot use them ?.

    I've checked with the CS and you are restricted from certain promotions, but this is something you will have to check with them- cannot help in this matter since it's strictly a casino decision.

    Hello,

    I am having issues with Golden Cherry Casino. I won over $1100.00 last night and asked them for a cash out. I submitted my documentation, and then this morning I signed into my account and my balance was $6.00. I spoke to a representative and she informed me that the amount in my account was "downed". I am extremely confused what they are talking about. I find it odd that I ask for a withdrawal, and submit the information they need, and then my account is nearly at zero. Please help me. I am just trying to receive payment. This seems like a total scam to me..

    I checked with the brand manager and it looks like you played all the funds on your account , betting $2, $3 and even $11 on slot games from the initial earnings.
