Default Good BTC Exchange for USA?

I live in the USA and get paid now by Bitcoin for many of my programs. I currently use Coinbase to have my BTC sent to and then withdrawn to my bank account. I like Coinbase but the fee's seem extraordinary. Can someone tell me some other wallets that are good for USA residents where the fees aren't so hefty? I like being able to sell the Bitcoin and then transfer the money to my Bank Account via ACH or Wire (prefer ACH because cheap) so that is almost a must unless there is some other way to get your money out of the wallet.

    Thanks for any suggestions!

Was not here the same question some time ago? Are you sure that you are asking about wallet and not about exchange?
Wallet does not have fees and wallets are the same for all nations.

Get a Trezor (always directly from trezor.io, not amazon). get paid btc to your trezor. From there you can send to coinbase or whatever exchange you want to sell for fiat.

I didnt see this question in this forum but I could have missed it. And yes, I guess I do mean an exchange. Somewhere that I can sell the BTC and transfer it to my USA bank account that hopefully charges less than Coinbase to sell it....

What about Coinbase Pro? Supposedly it's much cheaper to use. Might try it myself.

The OP is looking for a U.S. exchange. I changed the title of the thread.

I think they removed the incentives/lower fees for "providing liquidity" earlier this year. I could be wrong though. I'd recommend looking into it before diving in.

Localbitcoins.com might be worth having a look at it, generally it seems higher on fees and exchange rates but if you make the right deal its considered cheap. Follow the guidelines they provide to prevent fraud.

Convert only what you need to fiat, keep the rest in BTC, Bitcoin halving is on the way.
I use Bitstamp, its licensed and never faced any issue with using their service. US is also accepted, add it to your bucket list of exchanges.
