A good links system?

In my opinion,a good link exchange system should meet following requirements:

1. Have good directory structure
2. Only have related directory/links to site owner content
3. No more than 40 links per page and good navigation on the site
4. Easily to recognize from the main site and on all the subpages
5. A search tool is an advantage
6. Allow link submissions (automatic submissions are better)
7. Good reciprocal links direction (link codes, banners)...

Any other ideals?

Yes,

The links pages as well as the links themselves must be easily followed and indexed by the search engines....

I'm not sure that your link structure follows this...

Thanks for comments, I have just make the modification and now the directory links is .html

Don't worry about the "search engine indexed ability" of my links directory

With a better coding, all of your links will be indexed when SE SPIDER view my page:
