Default Good News for Players at Casino Profit Share Casinos

    Improved/Relaxed Wagering Requirements

Having spoken to many members of GPWA … and kind folk we met in adult chat rooms over the past few months, management is acting upon concerns that the wagering terms and conditions at our group of casinos have been overly tight or confusing, and served as a deterrent to new players joining our casinos.

For those of you who don’t yet know us so well, or casinos include Aztec Riches, Challenge Casino, UK Casino Club, Golden Reef and Music Hall.

The major concern with our previous system is that it was overly complicated to a first time player and inhibited their freedom to play and cash in on winnings when it suited them.

To understand exactly what the changes are, lets look at what we had:

    · Play on Craps, Baccarat and Vegas Strip Blackjack is not counted towards in the Minimum Level of Play requirement.
    · 15x (Bonus) in the Bonus Account
    · 45 x (Bonus) on Blackjack (except Vegas Strip Blackjack), Roulette, and all Poker games in the Bonus Account
    · 15x (Bonus + Deposit) in the Real Account
    · 45 x (Bonus + Deposit) Blackjack (except Vegas Strip Blackjack), Roulette, and all Poker games in Real Account

The new and improved Bonus Wagering Requirements are:

    · Play on Craps, Baccarat and Vegas Strip Blackjack is not counted towards in the Minimum Level of Play requirement.
    · 20x (Bonus+ Deposit) in the Bonus Account
    · 60x (Bonus + Deposit) on Blackjack (except Vegas Strip Blackjack), Roulette, and all Poker games in the Bonus Account
    · There are no wagering requirements on the transferred amount.
    · Once the wagering requirements have been met in the Bonus account and a transfer has been made – the bonus amount will be removed from the bonus account.

By taking off the wagering requirements on the transferred amount we have almost halved the play through. We like to think that in a small way we have saved many of our player’s hair follicles from being forcibly removed in a moment of frustration… Which is a good thing.

So what does this mean to you? This will improve our player conversion from guest to real to depositing players and at the end of the day improve player satisfaction, giving us a higher level of retention.

We expect the end result of these changes to be optimised revenue on traffic delivered and increased monthly payments to affiliates.

Thank you for the update. It is appreciated.

My big problem with your casinos is the "Bonus Account". I really dislike this model. I've never quite understood it as a player, so consequently I've avoided playing your casinos.

Now that I'm involved with website advertising and affiliate programs, I've avoided advertising your casinos. IMO, players have enough hoops to jump through in order to play: Neteller or other Ewallet sign-up, paperwork to send to casinos, reading the various terms and conditions etc., etc.

The "bonus account" model is just one more complicated step players don't need.

I assume this model helps you with bonus hunters? If so, I understand completely. But could there not be a simpler method to deal with that problem? Other casinos seem to have found a way to do so without the complicated bonus account.

I prefer the KISS method; simpler is better. Players are fickle, and they aren’t going to work hard to sign-up at an online casino. They can register and play much more easily at so many other casinos—including Microgaming casinos. And they certainly aren’t going to spend a lot of time reading complicated and cryptic terms and conditions. One more step means more lost customers IMO, and I only have so much web space to advertise. I really can’t justify putting your banners up.

Just my 2 cents, but from a customer acquisition perspective and certainly from a player’s perspective, the “Bonus Account” is a really bad business model.
