Good Restaurants - Malta

Can anyone recommend some good restaurants in Malta? Valletta, Sliema areas etc.?

It would be great to know the cuisine also.

The cuisine in Malta isn't very good in general. I'm vegetarian, so I can't give an opinion on meat-based meals, but Naan Bar, Casa Sotto, and the one inside the museum in Valetta are quite good. I don't remember the name of the one in the museum, but it's lovely

There is a restaurant called Laura and Fitch in Malta. It is one of, if not the best restaurant on the island. Their steaks are to die for

Depends on the definition of good, it's not really geared up to offer world class cuisine , there are some ok places to eat but nothing mind blowing like you would find in a big City or somewhere like Ibiza, Marbella etc.

For the price Malta has some decent options.
Memorable meals here.
Not fancy or expensive, food was 4.5 star.

We had mad T-bone steaks at MEATS and i would recommend it if its still there.

With SiGMA coming up very fast, I thought I would bump up this thread if anyone else can add to the list. Certainly, there is no shortage of great restaurants in Malta .... it's just finding the best recommended.
