Lightbulb GPWA Affiliates go free to CAC Amsterdam

I'm very pleased to announce that a few weeks ago the GPWA teamed up with the Casino Affiliate Convention and we now have a number of exciting announcements to make.

    • Affiliates now go FREE to all Casino Affiliate Convention conferences - if you're an affiliate the GPWA will now confirm your standing and you will be entitled to attend their conferences for free.
    • The GPWA will hold a special GPWA Conference track at the CAC convention in Amsterdam March 30-31, 2009.

We're very pleased that our partnership with the Casino Affiliate Convention will enable webmasters to attend the longest-running convention for affiliates free of charge.

We're also very excited to be developing a conference track especially tailored to affiliates from an affiliate perspective beginning with the Amsterdam conference. Look for the most educational and instructive sessions ever held at a gaming affiliate conference to help you grow your business. And look for innovative working sessions aimed at improving the way affiliates and affiliate programs work together.

The GPWA has big plans to look at new ways to deliver value to affiliates and affiliate programs. This announcement today is just a very small glimpse of things to come.

I look forward to seeing you in the heart of Amsterdam at the end of March.

    Lora,

There are not tickets for these events. You need to register for the events using the links provided in the initial post in this thread. After you register online you should receive confirmation via e-mail assuming we agree that you are an affiliate entitled to free admission. Obtaining an actual badge for admission at the shows does not require that you provide a copy of the e-mail. Rather it requires that you provide identification to show you are a pre-registered individual entitled to free admission.

Super work as usual Sir Michael! All set now.... side note, will there be any GPWA events prior the CAP London? I am getting plans together for me and my Mrs and want to be sure I hit the town on the right day.

This is great news and will surely mean the affiliate programs will continue to support CAC, which is a superb event IMO.

Being out of the loop for a while due to personal reasons, I heard in London last week that CAP are also holding a conference in Amsterdam a couple of weeks before the CAC. Firstly why are they doing this and secondly what affiliate program in their right mind would attend both events so close together?

It seems to me that for some reason or other CAP and CAC are no longer working together as they used to do so. Having not logged into CAP or visited there for an age, I am not fully informed of what has been happening.

Any chance, someone could enlighten me.

    Thanks!
