I'm very pleased to announce that eight GPWA webmasters were honored at the iGB Awards ceremony in London on Thursday evening January 26th. Following is a list of winning sites and the associated webmasters.

On top of this they felt the site was extremely professional and well designed and were particularly impressed with the complaint system that was well organised for both the casino and player.

The judges selected Poker Strategy for this award not only because they are one of the biggest poker affiliates in the market but also because they actually provide a highly valuable service in educating the masses about online poker. Their poker school not only provides new poker players with invaluable information, but they serve as an enormous asset for all poker operators and the gambling industry as a whole.

OLBG.com - Best Sports Betting Affiliate (GPWA Members Richard (OLBG) and slambert77)
The judges chose OLBG for this award as they were highly impressed with how they have developed and activated one of the UK’s busiest betting communities to consistently deliver large quantities of high value converting traffic. On top of this the judges made note of the fact the management team were extremely approachable and professional, consistently focusing on the broader industry trends and how they could use these in their business.

WhichBingo.co.uk - Best Bingo Affiliate (GPWA Members Peter Willis and whichbingo)
As one of the longest serving and most established bingo affiliates the judges were particularly impressed with the reputation and brand power of Which Bingo. In addition since the 2011 makeover the judges felt the site had vastly improved the user experience as well as developing a highly effective SEO strategy with a good use of a pop up overlay.

Oddschecker.com - Best Affiliate Overall (GPWA member oddschecker)
The judges awarded Odds Checker with this top award not only because it is one of the biggest odds comparisons sites in the world, but because they consistently deliver both volume and quality player growth year on year. On top of this the judges were particularly impressed with their on page SEO and ranking in the search engines as well as a number of innovative approaches to boost conversions.

Goal.com - Best Newcomer Affiliate
The judges felt that Goal.com deserved this accolade because of their impressive high-end site and phenomenal progress in such a short time. The judges concluded that Goal.com has a great concept and with its availability of languages and top class content, they predict this site will become one of the well-known sports sites of the future.
