GPWA approved members get in FREE at EiG

The GPWA has partnered with Clarion Gaming to offer GPWA approved portal webmaster affiliates FREE admittance to EiG Copenhagen! The European iGaming Congress (EiG) is a three-day extravaganza of business deals, innovative learning and parties. The conference runs from Sept. 15-17.

Speakers at this year's conference include William Hill Online CEO Henry Birch, PartyGaming CEO Jim Ryan, Betfair CEO David Yu and Income Access CEO Nicky Senyard.

There's also a track dedicated to affiliate issues, including sessions on SEO, utilizing social networks and retention and acquisition. (Agenda)

In order to get your free admittance to EiG, you have to register through the GPWA. The link is provided below.

There are many good speakers and I plan to be there :joy: The registration form seems to have an error.

Is this GPWA free admitance a full package or expo only? (which is already great)

Expo Hall Only Passes include:<o></o>

• Welcome Reception drinks and networking
• Speed Networking sessions
• Full access entry to Expo Hall
• All refreshment breaks, and lunch buffet on Wednesday and Thursday<o></o>
• <o>Official EiG Party</o>

Full EiG Passes include:<o></o>

• All of the above
• Access to all 6 conference tracks, 90 speakers
• Video recording of all conference tracks (over 30 sessions!)
• Interactive voting sets to interact with speakers and ask live questions
• Conference delegate pack

If I recall correctly last the entrance excluded the talks.

Shaun

I'm double checking on the speaker question, and I'm trying to get the form bug fixed. I'll post an update soon. Thanks for the questions and pointing the form error out.

Good news! The free admittance package includes access to the talks and the party this year! So yes, it is the full package.

That is great news!!

I got to register but then had this error message...

Registration is working now! Thanks for your patience. And if you tried to register while the form wasn't working you have our sincere apologies. You still have to register here: http://www.gpwaconference.com/Eig2009/Registration/, but we'll be able to get you into the show now. Thanks so much.

How long does it take for you to confirm registrations for EiG?

I made a last Friday (after you fixed the registration form), but haven't received any confirmation yet. The same goes with my colleagues.

We're beginning the the confirmation process now, so confirmations should be out shortly. Thanks for being patient with us.

How long does it take to verify your a member and to send a pass? Thanks

How long does it take?

We're doing the notifications in batches several times a week. Everyone who submitted a registration should have heard something back. It seems like the likely cause is confusion between myself and a colleague about who is sending the notifications (since we're both looking through the list in different capacities) -- I'll check on the delay and post an update Tuesday.

Hello,

I am a new member at the forum and have not applied for the seal yet.

Is there still time for the entire process, get the seal and register for the free pass. I will be Budapest for the affilaite conference for a couple of weeks so I would love to make it to Copenhagen

I have not heard anything here guys whats the word :)

Hi, everyone who had registered for a pass received an email from me but I hadn't updated this thread -- just a quick note for those following that the notices went out last week, and some additional ones today in cases where people registered after the prior batch of notifications had been sent. If you didn't receive an email, please send me a message and I can re-send your notification.

Yours,
Steven
