GPWA Member Poll a Success, Winner Announced!

Congratulations to jvtelemark, who won the prize drawing we held for those who participated in the first ever GPWA survey! The operator of the Nordisk Poker Forum, jvtelemark selected the poker table top as his prize.

We are happy to award the prize, but we are also extremely pleased to report that participation in our first survey was even better than we expected! In all, 245 people responded to the survey, including 189 affiliates and 56 affiliate managers. We noticed some very interesting differences between the answers given by affiliates compared to the answers of affiliate managers for some questions. I’d love to tell you more – but you’ll just have to wait until you receive the next issue of the GPWA Times Magazine! The cover story for the next issue of the magazine is based on the survey results.

Our January issue will be distributed in London at the Legal Gaming in Europe Conference, ICE and the London Affiliate Conference. If you’re not going to be at any of these events, you will receive a copy in the mail, provided we have your mailing address. If you aren’t sure that we have it, just update your information by mousing over My Account in the top navigation on the GPWA website and then selecting "Edit My Details" and we’ll be sure to get you a copy. And don’t forget to update the information if you’ve moved recently!

This is a nice first post on the GPWA, and I can only say thank you

I have been running my forum for around three years, its a small forum for small time players, and I signed up at GPWA because I got it recommended by friends that runs in this business on a more serious basis than myself
