I am partial to the first issue too snooptodd and vin. The care and hard work really showed through. It has a place in my heart.

The GPWA Times Magazine is by far one of the most rewarding experiences I've ever had professionally, and that's primarily because of the feedback we've received from GPWA members. Hearing how much you like and appreciate magazine makes us want to work that much harder to give you a publication that you'll not only read, but be proud of. And it makes the work and time we put into the magazine worth it.

I have to echo Aaron's and Vinism's sentiments about the magazine being so rewarding to work on. A great deal of the work we do as webmasters is ongoing -- an update here, a new page there, emails back and forth. With ongoing work it can sometimes be hard to mark milestones and step back to look at all that has been accomplished.

The magazine has really helped me to take those steps back, and the excitement that seems to grow with each new issue is particularly encouraging. Reading through the magazine as a whole to see the stories of fellow industry professionals puts that experience into a larger picture. The successful launch of businesses by GamTrak, Rob, and Maxfalcoln; SkillGround's uTour Golf system; McGreevy's passion for free enterprise; Everest's localization niche; and other singular accomplishments move beyond the person or company to also serve as contributions to a community of entreprenuers.

Haha, so appreciation for the moment of reflection is what led to my thank you spree yesterday.

Although all articles in the Magazine - also in the earlier issues - are worth reading, the personal interviews of the affiliate members and managers are exceptionally interesting. And I think that is to a large extent due to the interview questions prepared by the staff. Each interview gets a very specific personal touch. My compliments to CityGuard and the team.

    Thumbs up

I love the Magazine, especially the affiliate interviews. Looking forward for the third edition. If you’re ever scrambling for topics or ideas, which is highly unlikely, you could devote one full page titled “Da Greek the Wild Side” lol. Just kidding I would be too shy. Keep the amazing Mags coming.

    Thanks

The mazine is great. I am sure it is a whole lot of work to do, but it is a genuinely useful magazine and it helps to bring us all a little closer together as an association. The new issue has not yet arrived here, but the past few have been excellent. Thanks to those involved in creating it!

One interesting section in the 3rd issue is: From the GPWA Forums.

It would be nice if in one of the future issues 'A list of interesting Polls' with results can be included. Our polls are always very lively.

I recently received my 3 copies of the GPWA magazine in the mail. Kudos Michael and staff!

Very professionally done - nice articles on GPWA members and affiliate managers as well.

Enjoyed the attention to detail: statistics and all.

    Sweet.

Thanks for the issues! Received them Friday and spent my "offline" time reading and as always lerning. Really gets better with every issue. Super job on putting yet another super tool together for us.

Hi Tony, I see we have your mailing address on file. If this was added recently the most recent round of magazines may have gone out before you entered it. You can check that the mailing address on file is correct by viewing it at www.gpwa.org/forum/profile.php?do=editprofile. (For those reading this who haven't subscribed yet, you can also subscribe for free by entering your address at that URL). I'll check with the shipping department tomorrow to check whether yours has gone out and make sure it is included in the next batch if it has not yet been shipped.

Hi Renee, I'm glad the timing worked out! Sorry I hadn't answered your question earlier -- I've been absolutely swamped with projects outside of the forum today. To answer your initial question, there is not currently an electronic version of the magazine.
