Smile GPWA Times Magazine issue 40 now available online and at ICE and LAC next week!

I'm pleased to announce the digital edition of the 40th issue of the GPWA Times magazine is now available online and the print edition be distributed next week in London at ICE Totally Gaming and the London Affiliate Conference. Hard copies of the magazine will be mailed to GPWA members, so please be sure to provide us with your mailing address if you would like to receive one (see details at the end of this announcement).

As we present the 40th edition of our publication, radical changes remain commonplace in our industry, just as they did when we introduced the inaugural issue more than 10 years ago. Speaking of changes, with the new year upon us we have asked some of our members and writers to forecast what the near future has in store for the iGaming affiliate industry. Dan Horvat, a regular contributor to the GPWA Times Magazine, tackles some SEO projections and trends, while Chris Strutt from Lucky Media zeroes in specifically on the U.K. market and its recent volatility. Finally, we opened the floor to a variety of other GPWA members and resident experts to share their takes on what to expect in 2018, including SEO, CMS, PWA, BTC and a wide array of other common industry acronyms.

Elsewhere in this issue, preview the 2018 FIFA World Cup and the prime opportunities it will present for affiliates, and get a personal account of how one GPWA member had success breaking into the industry by picking a certain niche and becoming an expert in that field.

In addition, there are four new affiliate interviews: GPWA member Tait Pollack (casinopapa) from Los Angeles, now living in Norwich, England, Bruno Coutinho (ApostaGanha) from Lisbon, Suriyan (Yan) Charnpakdee (bettingtop10) from Bangkok, now living in Reykjavik, and Yannis (Mr Live Casinos) from Athens, now living in Manchester. On the affiliate manager side we interview Maximilian Solz, formerly of Fair Play Partners.

You'll also see some familiar faces in the photo gallery from the recent BAC and SiGMA conferences and get more industry news reading our regular departments: Quotables, By the Numbers, Event Calendar, the GPWA Sponsors roster, and the APCW Hall of Shame.

You can read the 40th issue of the GPWA Times Magazine online now on the GPWAtimes.org website. Just follow this link:

The creation of such a magazine, any magazine demands a great effort.
Everyone is free, in the whole of his existence, to serve as an example and to make it even better.

And GPWA editors cannot be held responsible, when after an interview with an affiliate manager, affiliate, porn star or Santa Claus himself, when after that interview personal circumstances or professional situations have changed, and incidents are happening.

Just filling space in their mag.
Note how most of the proper affiliates have now left the forum or just post every now and then.
I count myself in that. The forum spam episode and how it was dealt with (or not) was the final straw for me.

I have just received my GPWA Times Magazine to my home address yesterday. Thank you very much, Michael Corfman, and also, a big thank you to everyone who's doing a really great job at the GPWA and taking care of other issues, too. That's very much appreciated, folks. There are some interesting topics that I intend to read up on very soon. I like the colors on the front page of this edition

Nice Magazine. Some articles like the one about SEO are a bit standard but the affiliate interviews i really like. And free, thought nothing in this world is free except for the sun. They were wrong

Hey, me too. I only received the November 2017 issue in hard copy, yesterday. I hope they’ll send us out the newest ones soon. I heard that it should be done in early February. So not too much longer to wait now.

Knowing what happened after, it's good to publish it, because now we know what his marketing talk is worth. Same thing for the interview with IGT Partners some time ago.

But I do agree here, the affiliate manager interviews are one of the few things of the magazine I skip. I would like to see them a bit more critical. For example, Lapalingo 2 issues ago or Merkur the issue before, Ihre Consulting, Condor, etc. Enough things to ask them instead of let them just talk their usual marketing stuff.

Great news. Still doing print. I don't know how you do it. The revenue and return on investment must be enough to warrant the tree culling.

I will prefer news online, but I understand the appeal of print also.
