GPWA Times Magazine issue 48 now available online!

I'm pleased to announce the digital edition of the 48th issue of the GPWA Times magazine is now available online.

Because of COVID-19, we will not be shipping the print edition to a live conference as we have done historically, since no live conferences are scheduled in the near future. However, we are in the process of mailing a hard copy to all GPWA members. So, please be sure to provide your correct mailing address right away if you would like to receive a copy (see more details at the end of this announcement).

Speaking of conferences being postponed, the cover story of the new issue is written by our good friend Lee-Ann Johnstone from AffiliateINSIDER, who discusses the new reality of virtual events throughout our industry and how you should make the most of them. Elsewhere, regular contributor Christina Thakor-Rankin takes a look at what life will be like for affiliates in a post-pandemic world, while Ron Mendelson from Fast Offshore looks through his crystal ball and makes some predictions for 2021. Maria Tsnompilantze from PlayAttack Affiliates has an interesting look at the “belongingness deficit” she says the industry is suffering from and Emily Garner from Blueclaw Media presents strategies for link building and content marketing that will help get your brand message in front of the right audience.

We also have our regular departments, including new rankings from iGamingDirectory.com and details on how you can access the data on the site for free, From the Forums, By the Numbers, GPWA Poll results, and another deserving inductee to the APCW Wall of Shame.

Our affiliate interview series features Nemanja L. (GPWA member name Juan Roman) from Serbia, Thomas D. (CasinoDefence) from London and Narciso B. (Tex Holdem Questions), also from the U.K. For our affiliate manager interviews, we sit down with Agni Raitar from Bitcasino and Svetlana Zabolotnova from Megapartners.

How to Subscribe

With industry trade shows currently cancelled due to the pandemic, it's more important than ever to sign up for a free magazine subscription so we can mail you a hard copy. All you have to do is visit GPWAtimes.org/subscribe/.

If you are already registered on the GPWA site, then just click on the subscription registration link and fill in your mailing address information (you need to be logged in on the GPWA website) and we will mail a copy of the magazine to you. If you are not already registered on the GPWA website, click on the new member registration link first, fill in the information and visit the "My Magazine Subscription" page once you have registered.

Once you enter your mailing address you will automatically receive future issues.

Issue 48 is already in the mail to folks in the United States and will be in the mail to those in Europe early next week. If you are too late for the Issue 48 mailing when you subscribe will will include a copy of it for you in the mailing for the next issue.
