    One point I’d add (and it’s somewhat implied under onboarding and values) is the importance of clear, consistent communication. Knowing who the right person is to reach out to, having an idea of typical response times, and being treated with basic courtesy really matters. It shouldn’t feel like you’re asking for a favor or being treated like an enemy. That’s the minimum standard for keeping a decent business relationship.
