Hello Juris,

Please know that once you registered in our program, you committed to respect our terms and conditions (which you read and agreed to upon registration). These terms have been breached since you promoted our clients via a website without the owner’s permission (we received a complaint from the site owner in this matter).

Here are the quotes from our T&Cs which you breached (https://www.revenuegiants.com/affili...ram-terms.html)

1. “Affiliate may not display our name or link in any way that may defame us or mislead the customer.”

2. “We shall have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor the Affiliate's Referring Website at any time and from time to time to determine if it is in compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. We shall have the right, but not the obligation, to approve, in our sole and absolute discretion and with due regard to the protection and preservation of the goodwill of our services, any promotional, advertising or marketing item used by the Affiliate. The Affiliate shall make all deletions and modifications suggested by us on any site where our services are mentioned."

Please note that based on terms you knowledgeably agreed to, your account has been closed and your commission is voided.
As a good will gesture and respect for all of our affiliates’ work, at the end of October we will complete the investigation regarding your players’ activity and pay you any pending balance remained (as we notified you via email last week).

We find this to be the fairest resolution.

Please note though that your account will remain closed, as discussed (having that our terms and conditions have been breached).

Let us know if you have any questions,

Ben Taylor
Program Manager

Good luck taptune
