Greg Raymer's PokerStars account hacked

Looks like someone hacked into the 2004 WSOP Main Event champion's account. But instead of transferring the money to a private account, the thief tried to "launder" the money by losing it to himself (under another screen name) through a series of heads-up sit-'n'-go tournaments. Apparently the thief didn't know that everyone watches Raymer play on PokerStars, and this wouldn't go unnoticed.

A very very dumb cracker head for sure. Bruting out a password really how smart is that? No wonder it was discovered. Just plain dumb on both counts.. one for trying, second for not getting it right the first time. It always amazes me what these people are thinking.

You have to laugh at how foolish some people can be. I imagine he attracted a lot of attention when a nobody was beating Raymer all the time.
