Seriously. Policy of gvc is to ignore you unless they want something. Once they ban you and steal everything you are on their blacklist. Even at the times before they stole everything it took me over 6 months to pull money out that were stuck at the old affiliate program and I had to do it by myself, because they just ignored me.
They are absolute shitholes, but funnily they are having bigger and bigger stand at the conferences. Just "1984" Orwell's opium and hypnosis works for the masses.
The same **** is whti WH . They killed what they could in no time, bought Mr GReen and they pretend that they are the best.
Write to WH and GVC to the same email that Sherlock gave :)
I have to agree with everyone's comments. Terrible that they, or any other program, does not respond to any communication.

That email must work, as just recently they sent me an email that they are closing my affiliate account "Following our analysis of your Account and activity levels, we hereby provide you with notice that we will be terminating all Trackers related to the party poker Brand", This happened after I've promoted them for 10 years. Ok, it's not a big loss. Finally I can say goodbye to Bwin / Party..
Just say all the bad things you can imagine to them. I am just curious how there are people who still want to promote them.
This reminds me of a strange email for a meeting in Sigma from Stars Group and the signature with Affiliate Team of Stars Group.
So the shithole email has to be addressed not only to GVC :)
i got a biz card from GVC at Lisbon affiliate conference a few weeks ago..

I agree that their behavior is sometimes a bit strange. Also their terms and conditions and especially that they cut the commission after 3 years is a disaster and unacceptable. For casino and sports there exist a lot of alternatives, for poker unfortunately not so many.
In our case they answer usually very fast but it depends maybe how much traffic you bring to them.
