GVC just stole on large scale

I am on NDA with them and I will still honor it.

But the truth is that I has special conditions with them. After the shift to the new software during last summer, small discrepancies appeared, but as time went, they were bigger. Now they are relatively huge. I was repeatedly asking before if the terms are valid.

I was told yes, yes no worries.

Now as I wanted to repay the discrepancies, I was told, that they decided that they will not honor what they promised. Just openly. Just like that. That is where we are now.

Ladbrokes rejoined the Income Access platform last November. In doing so they failed to re-tag previously referred customers to affiliates' accounts, meaning no betting activity for those customers is tracked and affiliate are losing revenue. I thought it was just me, but it is starting to look like this is affiliate-wide and might be deliberate on the part of GVC.

I'm hoping to get an online gambling news magazine to run a story on this, so if any of you have an affiliate account with Ladbrokes and can see that your earnings have dropped and that older referrals are missing, then get in touch, they want more details.

My problem now is about Bwin brand, but the core of the problem is roughly the same. But with Ladbrokes they did not retag the players and current tracking is not working since transition, but that is for the other thread.

When will the penny drop?! GVC are total crooks. Wake up. They closed thousands of active affiliate accounts across brands, including Ladbrokes, even before they untagged all your referred players at the migration to IA. How can you think a "problem" that would take 30 seconds to "fix" will still be fixed several months later?
GVC and Kenny Alexander are daylight robbers. Anyone still promoting Ladbrokes is a total moron. Anyone promoting any of their other brands, like Coral, do it with your eyes wide open.

Since GVC took over my Gala and Coral accounts got slashed. Since the announcement of the closure of the Tel Aviv office at the end of the year, my accounts were slashed again. They don't half make it obvious that they are thieving c×××s. I'll bet anything anyone likes, at the end of the year when the Tel Aviv office closes, it will be bye bye affiliates.

Sorry to hear about your issue. The not retag players after migration to IA is exactly what happened to me with the previous migration they did to maxos with Ladbrokes and practically lost this account since then, I still have access but it's all 0 since then

So to make the story short, they stopped answering to my emails. When things were that they wanted something from me, they responded swiftly. I already had a problem that they owed me money from bwinpartypartners and I was not able to withdraw it to the country where my bank is (software glitch). I was asking there people 6 months to fix it, they had the same policy: no answers. In the end I withdrew to other bank.

But now it is the same. Something they do not want to resolve: so they do not answer. I am actually very happy, now I know 100% where I am. At the same level as with Ladbrokes, Coral or 888.

They still pay, so I will keep them on low rotation. Once they stop, this goes to lawyer. Traffic will go to 1xbet mostly.
