Does you guys use this on your Wordpress site? I have only just started using it and it's helped my website loading speed and some rankings too, just thought I would share it with you, it's W3 Total Cache.

thanks for sharing. there are good few tools out there. even though i thought w3 total chache wasnt that easy to set up
It's actually pretty simple, one click install but it does have plenty of options if you want to change settings, so it's as complicated as you make it
I was using W3 Total Cache and initially it did compress everything including gzip and minifying CSS and it did speed up page load times. Only to find out that it bastalized the site. CSS went haywire. So i had to remove the plugin. Looking for another plugin to sort out the minifying issues.
Any ideas guys and girls.

I have often wondered about using GZIP. My page speed is ok but I know I have read that Google like you to use Gzip. I will have to check out that plugin. I thought you had to enable Gzip on your server. I wasnt aware there was a simple plugin to use.

it is really worth a try. we experienced a 80% faster website.
You must make sure it is compatible with your site, like i said there are bugs when it comes to minifying css files. Might be worth trying without this option on. But it definately helped with page speed

there is a plugin called wp-minify which works like hell. it lets u exclude all kind of js or css files or plugins. works from scratch.
There are options available in the W3 Total Cache that can turn off minify and it won't touch your CSS - it will only browser, database and object cache
I want to point out that you can download Google Page Speed plugin for Firefox which will tell you how much of a difference it has had
