Default Haha No More rogue partners!

Just started my own list of dodgy casinos, any suggestions ? reply only on new ones, i'm not interested in old ones 'cause they closed anyway ... Mine just started, will get bigger very soon!
In my opinion every affiliate should have a blacklist for casinos or poker or betting ... to inform players of their dodgy business, in this way in time we get rid of them!

Club Gold Casino is the first casino I think are out to scam that I'd put on my list at the moment.

I am watching the current issue closely, and I too will add them to my rogue list depending on the final outcome of the evidence presented.

I think it would be nice for you to put a reason they are rogue/blacklisted. You may have a newbie that finds your site and that info would be useful.

ok so I went and looked again. Your saying this is the reason for the two programs you have listed at this time?

Reasons why you should stay away : So if you play and win and want to be pissed off go for it, But if you care for your money and wins here are some strong reasons of why you should avoid these brands.

This is related to both players and affiliates:
    Stalling (delaying) Players Payments
    Not Answering Emails,
    Not Answering the phone,
No Customer Service at all or Whatever.
    Dodgy affiliate stats!

    Hostility.
    So many times.
    Official and via PM.
    And now?
More and more voices are coming through the gag.
Club Gold laywers lurking through the internet.

    Muzzle, muzzle, muzzle.
    I'm not scared.

But there was one thing they hadn't reckoned with.
An illegal seal on their website!
They have removed it after correspondence with the seal owner company and after it was made public.
Coming soon in this thread: https://www.gpwa.org/forum/severe-co...tml#post732491

It shows the cloven hoof of Club Gold Casino.

    Leopold,

    Great to see you're back.

As you can see, Carmel claimed that Club Gold has a valid licence in this post. Yet, when pressed to elaborate on when the licence was issued and when the statement was made that one of the conditions for the Curacao licence is prominent displaying of the licence and a link to Curacao's licencing site - Carmel goes silent.

As a sidenote, Leopold - I have been trying to chase down a good contact for Playtech to look into this Club Gold theft of casino winnings issue - but no one is willing or able to cough up a contact at Playtech. Do you have a contact with them by chance?

    Cheers

    Hello -shay-,

thank you soooooooooo much for bringing me Carmel's post to my attention. Sorry, but i haven't read it at all. The last weeks was very sad for me.

Carmel's words looks clear at the 1st moment.

We would like to advise that Club Gold Casino holds a valid gaming license issued in Curacao, as stated on the casino’s website. The casino is presently waiting for its licensing body in Curacao to provide it with an appropriate seal, which will then be placed on the casino’s home page.
But you have to know, that on the website an illegal seal was placed for a long time. I will make the proof, the official correspondence, public. Then you will see it. After they get caught, Club Gold removed the seal from the site.

Now, AFTER REMOVING THE SEAL Carmel says that they are waiting for a seal!

A simple question: Why an online casino is using an illegal placed seal if they have a real license anywhere?

    Hello?

After you will read the correspondence, then you will see, how dirty they are.

I have it in black and in white: It was an authorized display of the badge from Curacao eGaming!

A real seal from Curacao eGaming is clickable. Club Gold's wasn't. This was the entry point to come to the truth. You see, some cheaters are very stupid.

And then i come to the final point.........

If a casino is lying, cheating........................................
If a casino is using a "fake" seal.........................

Will this casino then fake "proofs" against not paid winners?

    If this possible?

To your question: No, i have had no contact to Playtech until today.

    Leopold

For the avoidance of doubt, we would like to reiterate that, as previously stated in this thread, Club Gold Casino has held and continues to hold a valid gaming license issued in Curacao from the day it started to operate. The relevant seal has now been received and has been placed on our website. In addition, all the relevant documentation has been provided to the GPWA, proving the validity of our license from the outset. We expect that the GPWA will shortly be posting a statement to confirm this point.

We would also like to clarify the question about the logo of Curacao eGaming which was previously displayed on our website. This was the result of an honest mistake on the part of our web designer, who added this logo wrongly thinking that all casinos licensed in Curacao are licensed by Curacao eGaming and are therefore entitled to display that logo. As soon as this mistake was brought to our attention, the logo was immediately removed and both Curacao eGaming and Gaming Curacao (our licensing body) were contacted to clarify the matter. Throughout this time, we have always correctly stated that we are licensed in Curacao, which is now confirmed by the seal of Gaming Curacao.

It is very disappointing indeed to see a handful of members come forward with inaccurate and/or false or misleading statements and accusations, with the single purpose of damaging the image and credibility of the casino and its representatives. It is also very disappointing that these members, failing to provide any concrete evidence to support their claims, resort to posting obscene, hateful and vulgar comments, often in breach of the GPWA forum rules. We fail to see why any personal attack is necessary towards the Club Gold Casino representatives, when all communication on their part has always been professional and courteous, providing their full cooperation.

Just so I have my facts straight, this licence was issued through Gaming-Curacao.com ?

Did the Curacao gaming licence get a more modern look?

I wonder, "who is" gaming-curacao.com, as they do seem kinda... well, kinda new - don't they?

It is very disappointing indeed when you don't respect the players wish,
It is very disappointing indeed when you don't care about a poor guy who can't control himself from gambling
It is very disappointing indeed to see a casino such as yours breaking simple rules
It is very disappointing indeed .....

"posting obscene, hateful and vulgar comments"
    Quote it!

It's the same pattern you are using everwhere in the internet.
You want to see cricital voices get banned.
Casino Meister is a good example.
I am well informed what was happened in the background.
And i spoke to a lot of people.

Read if from my lips: "I am not afraid."

    And again:

"posting obscene, hateful and vulgar comments"

Club Gold Casino would like to dispel all doubts as to the seriousness which it is attaching to the pending questions on this forum in relation to its gaming license and in fact express its great concern at the lack of progress on this matter.

As Michael Corfman stated in his posts of 13 and 19 September, we have provided him with all the information relating to our license, which we have held since 2011 and he intends to post his conclusions once he has reviewed it. During subsequent communications with Michael, we have provided him with yet more information and he advised us that he intended to communicate directly with our licensing authority before making his post. Our intention was to avoid making any further comments until Michael has posted his own, as Michael’s post is expected to provide a complete resolution of the matter. However, seeing as Michael has not posted his conclusions yet, we considered it necessary to make this post in order to reassure readers that this matter is not being ignored by us.

We look forward to Michael posting his comments.
