Thumbs down Happy Affiliates / Happy Hugo - Not so Happy...

Constantly chasing Happy Affiliates / Happy Hugo for commissions dating back to October 2018 when we first started promoting them (we've never received a commission payment from them).

First they said they can't pay German banks (which we normally get paid Euros in to) or UK bank (GBP), so they asked for e-wallet.

Then they said they can't do PayPal, but can accept Neteller/Skrill or SEPA (excluding UK/US).

Then they said they can't do Neteller/Skrill to UK companies either.

So, I've asked them what they can support, considering we are a UK company. No response now despite chasing 3 times since 10th Feb.

Are any other affiliates working with Happy Affiliates getting paid (or not)? If so, how do you get paid?

As long as you're an existing affiliate, the responsibility to pay you is theirs! They must find a way to pay you.

Via standard wire they can pay to anyone from their company, they just need to consider you as vendor and not "player" since your'e an affiliate which providing them services.

Ha, yep, you'd have thought so!

Just seems like they are trying every excuse not to pay.

Have you had any experience with them?

I dont have payment issues with them.. but generally speaking I know from problems with other programs that say they can't pay specific banks which is not 100% correct as I said in the previous reply, they say in 99% of the cases because the put affiliates with players when it comes to payments, and if the affiliate is a business and this shouldn't be applied in my opinion because you generate invoice for a service you give..

I thought those guys went bust quite a while ago? At least been a shaky ride for a very long time when we used to work with them before. Had lots of payment problems there.

I know that one of their main owners (responsible for the affiliate operation) is involved in the "other side" (as an affiliate site as well).

This is a shame. TO be chasing someone - company or affiliate manager to get your payments settled.

Total disgrace, if they want to pay , they can pay definitely in zero time. ALl the bulshit about Paypal, Skrill , Neteller or Sepa is just to win some time.

If you can take them to court, this will be the main way.

I have got inside from their ex. aff manager - their problems started with new Swedish gambling law. I would recommend being cautious with them
