Has anyone ever worked with doublestarcasino affiliate program?

We have been working with them for about 2 or 3 months now.
The thing that shock me the most is that no affiliate manager from this group respond to our attempts when contacting them.

While they are not on our first page, we found that about 20 players had registered with them and about 3 to 6 have deposited. Never managed to reach the minimum of 100 to withdraw. The last month, one of the player won and the commission were in minus. This month, we are in a positive.
I decided to push a little more their brand this month but wanted to talk to an affiliate manager first, and see how we can work things up.
- I Tried to contact them from the affiliate CRM, no response after 4 attempts.
- Received their newsletter from an affiliate manager there, and replied to it. No response.
- Sent 3 more Emails from the email address mentioned on their affiliate site. No response.

I'm currently in the process of taking all their links down.
My colleague advised me to do so asap saying that if its that hard to contact them on a basis to promote their brand, guess what it would be like if we reach a higher commission and they delay the payment.

What would you do if you were in my shoes and has anyone been working with them?

BTW: The most AM use skype...its faster than email..
