Default Has anyone here tried buying traffic to affiliate offers?

    Hi

I am an affiliate who has been in industry for about 2 years, the only traffic source I have used is facebook, but unfortunately they blocked my website. Now, I am trying to figure out is there a possibility to buy well targeted traffic to my affiliate offers?
Considering a lot of competitors on my market, I dont want to start from the beggining on facebook or doing seo. it would take a lot of time.

Thanks in advance for the answers

Good quesiton, but most probably you have to ask someone to give you an explanation on PM.

Usually if you go and buy traffic from somewhere it will be 99 % robot one and will not do you any favour.

There are also lots of other forums, but be prepared for such a traffic, some programs can switch you off.

Don't buy traffic from other website. Actually almost is cheat, if they are have performance traffic to their they will never accept sharing customer. I recommend you do SEO for you website, i know it will take more time but safe customer and save your money

I think I would never buy a traffic, as most of it would be fake. All you should do is proper SEO, good content, and link building. It will take a lot of time, sure, but the end result will be far better and safer. Just my thoughts.

In a sense, doing PPC marketing is essentially the same as buying traffic.

The online ad/paid-traffic market is so competitive nowadays, that even if you do manage to get a 100% genuine, non-bot traffic (which is in my conviction 100% impossible) you'd still need to be extremely inventive to out-smart the rest of the Internet's affiliates and actually earn an economic profit on such clicks.

if they are have performance traffic to their they will never accept sharing customer.
I bought nearly 1 mln users. I get some 20+ registration without confirmation email. For this type of traffic you need a strong knowledge, testing and money of course.

I remember doing a few of these myself back when I first started, it was exciting watching the traffic roll in but I didn't get a single conversion. I think it was a mixture of fake and popup traffic, I suspected it would be, but I had the same what if? thought.

vgl22 I think your going to need to learn seo and be patient, it's not going to happen overnight.

These "buy traffic" offers have been going on since I started in 2000 (almost 20 years ago). They were scams back then, mainly redirecting 'blind links' and other circle-jerk methods. These days they use fake-bots. Their technology has changed but the results are the same - scammed customers.

I agree with casinoportal, if you want longevity, then learn SEO, and use organic searches to increase your business.

I have to agree to casinoportal and Ausie Dave and give my 2 cents :

    - buying traffic is like burning your money in zero time.

    - you have to be patient and learn just simple SEO. One registration from a real traffic will teach what value means.

    - scams, bots an IP bombing for showing you just "no results" . Nope, thank you.

    - If you see and detect the behaviour of "bad bots"- they just appear for 1 -2 seconds on the site and leave. It is a total cheat.

    - try to think for the bigger pictute, not to throw some money, to get confused, lost and desperate.

    - being an affiliate is a long-distance marathon, not a sprint in 100m.

If you are looking att PPC you must really know what your are doing and most likely have a fair budget to test the campaigns for several months before making a profit.
Many of the online casinos now days are not to happy about PPC traffic and prefer SEO.
We ran PPC traffic a few years ago and I would say it took us a good year to know which sources to use and at least 20k euro before having a model that was profitable.
Make sure you listen to the right people and best of luck to you!
