    Default Has anyone not had their b365 account suspended?

    I'm just trying to find out if they've done it to everyone really.

    Our situation is we've been sending them sports and casino players regularly for the past 2.5-3 years. We couldn't log into our account at the end of September, until we spoke to an account manager and sent links and showed we were compliant (we've never been social media affiliates - all our business came from a dedicated casino/sports site). It was reopened and we couldn't get into the account on the 25th October. On querying this it seemed we didn't respond to a mail on the 5th October which requested a full list of websites Bet365 were advertised on, as well as confirmation we weren't advertising bet credits. We'd missed that and upon finding it , presumed we were ok. Albeit missing the deadline! So we sent another list of sites they were promoted on , which was just the one, with no bet credits ever mentioned. Our account is still suspended as of 17th November. I mailed my usual account contact, Hannah, but seems she is away until end of November.

    I'm just posting this to see the situation with everyone else - from what I see everyone has been suspended, and by the looks of it all sites are still under review.

    So has anyone been unsuspended, or weren't suspended in the first place?

    This post isn't a criticism - we've never had any problems with bet365 before, and always regarded them as the good guys! We've been kicking ourselves for missing that second email, and was just trying to find out if we're still all in the same boat, really.

    I have a feeling it's because I've removed anything to do with free bets and it's basically run as a football blog with a few links to the best odds.

    I had pretty much the exact same thing happen to me that happened to you Peter. Got suspended. Also complied with the first email. Got unsuspended, then missed the second email and got suspended again in October and also no reply to emails.

    Thanks for the replies guys. Good to know we're not alone.

    I completely understand the reasoning behind it and support all the necessary compliance in the industry. It's just a ****** nervous waiting game - would hate to lose that account, and sure everyone feels the same. I hope they do the right thing! Thanks

    I also missed an email, think it was regarding South American players. Got suspended, emailed affiliate manager and it was opened up the same day. This was prior to the list of sites deadline. Been open ever since.

    I've worked pretty closely with my AM and she's been great in pointing out bits on my sites that needed changing. Frustrating having no bonus to push though.

    No suspension, although I have removed pretty much everything about them. Waiting until they put a call out for content but guessing they are still busy checking site lists.

    Yes, this was with most who did not respond to their email.


    Mine was suspended, but I'm back.

    Answered all emails and updated sites as requested. Removed them from several where a lot of updates were needed. Account all good, though I think we may need to cull more content going forwards.

    Just an update - I'm pleased to say that our account has been reactivated and all stats for the past 7-8 weeks are fine. I had given our account manager a couple of nudges about it, and as it seems our site is compliant, we can now log and begin promoting them again. I wish everyone else the best of luck with getting their accounts in the clear.

    I also missed that email, tbf I literally get around 50 emails per day that make it past spam filters.

    Glad to see some peeps are still on-board.

    I just received a termination notice from them. Seems they're reducing the number of affiliates they want to work with.

    In some kind of fairness to them, they have said they'll continue to pay for previously referred players going forward.

    Sucks though!!
