Since i am webmaster and i do lot of casino webdesign , link building and promotion, I have tried this for my clients and results are not good

I tried a few small campaigns without any success.

However, the ads are displayed where you want them so providing they are targetted properly and you don't pay over the odds, I wouldn't rule them out.
