We're moving our platform to Scaleo, and there are a couple of crucial things we strongly encourage you to take care of promptly to ensure everything goes smoothly.

We've sent out an email with the full details, but the main takeaways are:

• Export Your Commission History: If you wish to retain your complete commission history, please download it from the current platform without delay. It will not be transferred to Scaleo automatically.
• Request Pending Payments: Please ensure you request any outstanding payments from the current platform as soon as you can. Any pending funds will not transfer to Scaleo. It's important that all outstanding payments are settled prior to the migration.

We genuinely believe these steps are essential for a seamless transition of your data and earnings.

It will still be possible to export your data even after July payments have been made in early August. However we encourage everyone to ensure that they get all their information in advance so if a few partners face any issues with finding their info, there is time to address this.

When you say that "no further communication has been received" does that mean that you did NOT receive an email from us with instructions last week?
If yes, could you please check that the email on your account is correct and revert back?
