I view that my communications have been taken seriously. I am promised a response to my most recent communication, which requires feedback from upper management, on Monday, March 6th.

I am no longer interested in the outcome whatever your deal with Buffalo Partners will be, the content theft, a ton of crappy back links that go with it and the disavow process consumes all my (and many others I am sure) time thanks to your main sponsor.

I would like to use the F-Y word for all I care about the recent developments as many new sites from schools and companies are being hacked atm.

It will be very helpful if you would make a post when you find new instances of the hacker (or hackers, since we think it is likely not just a single hacker) in action. The information needed is the following:

1) The url of the actual hacker site
2) A few examples of hacked sites that link to the hacker site.

The instances I have knowledge of are not that recent, and it would be a big help in my efforts to thwart the hacker if I knew of more recent sites and hacking. And I would anticipate the information I request to only take a few minutes to provide when new hacker activity is found.

I actually want to formalize a process to document hacker sites going forward, and to notify all affiliate programs that are being promoted on those sites. But on a near-terms basis, some current examples I can use would be really helpful.

It would be much more effective if genuine affiliates stop working with (and blacklisting) the 888's, Affpowers and Buffalo Partners' of this world. Those are the ones financing (and thus facilitating) these hackers, scrapers etc.

888 did not reply to multiple emails in regards to them being listed on hacked sites.

I have send emails to Quasar and Posh. I have not emailed Fortune yet, but I will.today. I am going through the sites and will contact the GPWA sponsors.

I would like to express my sincere thanks to Leopold for the new information he has gathered and published here over the past few days.

I have also spent a significant amount of time today working with the new information Leopold has provided, and have identified a dozen new affiliate referral codes for Buffalo Partners sites promoted on twelve of the newly identified hacker sites. This is in addition to the twenty referral codes I identified in February.

I have also continued my interactions with Buffalo Partners, and based on commitments made to me by Buffalo Partners earlier today, I hope to be able to make specific statements about each of those accounts in the near term, and to have the passwords associated with those accounts reset and provided to me.

I'd like to be clear that I am still in the middle of my investigations and that it is premature for me to draw any conclusions at this time. I am in the phase of gathering evidence so that I can better understand the situation, and will make more definitive statements as I complete that process.
