    Default Help, Has anyone had problems with Silver Sands Casino?

    I recently won $800 playing keno at Silver Sands Casino, I hit 5 out of 5 and I was playing with money I had earned as an affiliate, I printed out thier fax form to send back to them ,but I don't have a credit card and it asks for a copy of my credit card. Can a bank card that is used to withdraw money from a bank be used to verify identity in place of a credit card. I e mailed them concerning this but I have'nt heard back from them yet, it may be because I e mailed them on the weekend, I'm waiting a couple more days to see if they contact me concerning it, then I'm e mailing them again. Another thing that concerns me is that before I won the $800 I had no problem logging in to the casino but since I won I keep getting an error message stating that the casino is temporarily unavailable to try back later. Has anyone else that is affiliated with Silver Sands Casino that has a player acount had a problem concerning collecting thier winnings?

    Wow. :-? I think we have a couple of webmasters who do ok with them, but most of us dropped them last year for less than desireable behavoir with both affiliates and players.

    Anyway, I thought they only needed a copy of the credit card if you had deposited with a credit card - they certainly don't need it for ID, as your drivers license covers that.

    Default I still have not heard from silver sands yet.

    Just to keep you posted, I still have'nt heard from Silver Sands Casino concerning the $800 I won playing keno, I faxed my info and copies of my State issued I.D, bank card and a copy of my latest phone bill. I never heard from them then,Then I e mailed them and asked why they have'nt contacted me, and no results there either. So what do I do now? Call them? I won the money fair and square, I only gambled there once in a while and had no problem doing so, but when I won the $800 and tried going back to the casino about 3 days later, it keeps saying casino is temporarily unavailable, please try again later. I have no intentions on gambling with the $800 , I Was just going to check on the $800 I won, I just want to cash out my winnings. This has been going on for the past 6 or 7 days. I feel like thier ignoring my e mails, deleting them or something. Any suggestions anybody?

    Sly asked if I can try and help out here
    SilverSands is based in South Africa down the road from me , I am an affiliate for them and a player and I never have problems getting paid. I deal with Peter - he seems quite jacked.
    I suggest that you send another e-mail to support@silversandscasino.com and put the subject ATT Peter - mention that Topboss ( Heather ) suggested that you write to him about your problem. I know him well, and he always helps me out.
    If you don't get a response lets say by Tuesday ( its another public holiday in SA on Monday so i can't guarantee that he will be working) , then put a post here or send me a pm and I will phone him for you if necessary

    Default Finally Got Some Results.

    Thank You Slycin56 & Heather for helping me, here's how it's going so far. I e mailed support@silversandscasino.com and put ATT Peter in the subject line and sent it from my I.S.P e mail addrees, I still had'nt heard anything by Tuesday June 17 8:00 P.M central standard time, so I e mailed support again, but this time I sent the e mail from my website e mail address and guess what? I recieved a reply from Peter at silver sands by the time I checked my e mail on Wednesday morning June 18 8:30 a.m central standard time and he said that none of the e mails that I had prevously sent had been forwarded to him and that he was sorry for the delay and that my money had been sent to my neteller account. Also the e mail he replied to was the one I sent from my webmaster e mail address. Although I have a neteller account, it is not verified. I tried several times about 6-8 months ago to verify it, but it turned out that the neteller system did not work well with savings accounts, that it would only work with checking accounts in the verification process. Well anyway I went and checked and sure enough the money was in my neteller account so I went ahead and requested for them to send me a check through regular postal mail, I don't really know if they will send it to me since I'm not verified, I guess I will know within 24 hours, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed. I will keep you guys posted as to what happens next. :-?

    P.S: Has anyone tried to play at Silver Sands Casino lately, I had no problems logging in and playing before I won the $800 on keno but every since then it's been about 2 weeks and I've tried to login and it keeps saying "Casino is unavailable, Please try again later".

    Also I would like to tell you something that is surprising. There is a land based casino about 300 miles from me and about a month ago I went and played keno, I stuck $20 in and played 25cents each time and picked the numbers: 41,42,43,44,45 and I only played those numbers, after I had played about $10 I hit all 5 numbers and won $200, I went and cashed in the $200 after I played the rest of the money I started on, then I walked around for a while and went back to a different keno machine and stuck $20 in and played it out, then stuck another $20 in, I did'nt use any of my winnings,just money I had brought with me, after playing about $2 I hit the same 5 numbers again 41,42,43,44,45
    Now I came out $300 ahead at that casino that night. Well about a week or so later I thought I think I'll go ahead and play the rest of my money out at Silver Sands Casino which was $50, I went to keno and was sort of dissappointed that the minimum bet was $1 but I thought well if I win I win and If I lose I lose. So I played untill I lost $15 and went and played the slots for a few minutes and did'nt do to good, well I had $30 left, so Iwent back to keno and after about 12 plays I hit 41,42,43,44,45 again and won the $800. WOW!
    Now I have Windows Casino on my computer but I don't have any real money to play so I play just for fun and guess what???!!! I hit those same five numbers again only it was for fun money since I did'nt have any real money to play with. But the odds of hitting 5 out of 5 is over 24 million to 1. Now I would'nt suggest that you play $1 a pop at an online casino playing keno with these numbers, but it sure is funny & amazing how I hit all of those numbers and won 4 separate times on all of them both at land based and online casinos. But if you can experiment and play for fun, try it and let me know how it turns out.

    Glad to hear that SilverSands paid you out. I knew Peter could be relied upon.
    Regarding Neteller - Chances are you will receive a cheque from them , uncertified normally means that you can't send money to other neteller members until certified and you can't transfer more than $250.00 per month.
    As far as I know - it doesn't affect them sending cheques to you. ( i still received cheques from them when I was uncertified )
    Keep us posted!
    PS Regarding your query about playing there - I play there every night without fail - they have upgraded their software recently though , so I would suggest that you uninstall your existing version and redownload the new software - that should fix the problem

    Thanks for sorting that one out Heather. I am still promoting them based on the service you have received. Obviously the word "Peter" worked and the result is in keeping with your experiences with them.

    The players I refer don't always deposit but those who did, seem to stick around.

    Must be the Keno.............

    I checked my neteller account and the request for a check went through ok and I am looking forward to it, it will be a big help in getting my son some new school clothes and maybe a new gadget or two, I might even buy a new dishwasher, I always said if I could get enough money I was going to buy one as I hate washing dishes. :-?
    I also uninstalled Silver Sands Casino then downloaded the software again and reinstalled it and Voila I was able to login again. So I can still play there again, but only for play money for now, but maybe & hopefully if I can get a new player or two in I can earn some more $$$ to play on.
