It should be really simple. Just ask the new provider you choose to transfer all of your site's files etc to your new server. Change the name server etc to point to the new server, and, you are done. Make sure you choose a really FAST web host, so, instead of suffering, your sites will actually get a boost! Good luck.

I agree.. Don't worry. I do hope that they will give you sufficient time to do the transfer on a responsible manner. Good luck with it. Best is to look forward, not back wards.

Icebluehost. Contact them and they'll migrate the site for you.

    Your welcome.

    Your welcome.
I choose Vidahost finally and my first domain is beeing transfered. They do have a sitebuilder so i can start building again my sites. UNfortunately my previous web-host did not give to me the possibility to save all my data directly so i need to save my content manually then start sites again from over.

Thank you all for your answers and help.

I'm very suprised that Yola do not want business. In the times of "huge" competition, where a lot of site builders are on the market, Yola do not want the business. Idiots!
Good, this topic is on GPWA so other small affiliates will avoid opening accounts at Yola. I planned a small "satelite" website at Yola but after reading above, I will stay away from them forever. Yola do not understand that they now loosing potential client(s)

It's a pity that you do not have knowledge about html/css code. You could just copy html/css code of every page (plus images) and transfer it to hosting service. Then slowly, rebuild your site using new web-site builder.
As for domain hosting, I use Namecheap. They have the best support I even seen on our Earth and are not expensive.

Yeah Yola surprises to me about their decission after one year working with them, anyway Vidahost was my solution because i dont know coding

I hope their site builder ( i am still not using it because i am waiting transfer to be completed ) have mobile optimization also because people get information mostly through their mobile phones.

    You are welcome, kazinoportal.

The most important is to see your sites recovered.
