Help !!!! My Entire site copied
I've just found out that my whole site www.gamblinghappy.com has been copied http://www.tzrart.cn/
The cheeky b*stards have even changed the copyright bit at the bottom to their own name
From what i can see they havent copied my affiliate links.... nor have they added their own, but just using the content to place google ads and such like everywhere
This has never happened before... what can i do ?????
Please

I found the same thing twice last week. One individual copied some paragraphs off my home page, and another site copied my entire homepage. I found out because those copies were ranking in Google for my keywords..
Here's what I did, and I suggest you do the same:
(1) Call or email the offender. I called one of my offenders and he agreed to remove the content after I threatened legal action. He actually did remove it in less than 10 minutes. The second guy didn't answer and did not repsond to my emails. So.. no luck there.
(2) Secondly, you want Google to know that there is someone violating your intellectual property. You can get your copied content out of the Googles search engine by filling following these instructions:
http://www.google.com/dmca.html
Write a letter based on Googles parameters and send it to their dmca department. Be very accurate when you fill out the paperwork. Try to be as specific as you can. Here's an example of what someone else did:

I mailed mine via FedEx.
After removing the info from Google, there's practically nothing else you can do unless you really wanted to pursue the issue. It would cost more money and time, and in my case not worth the effort.
Good luck to you.

It is very annoying.
I have had loads of content taken from my site over the past couple of years.
The thing is, if they are taking short cuts like this, they soon either get banned or give in when the wins don't come that fast.
I have not aggressively gone after people and they have just gone away by themselves. However, an email to their ISP is normally in order..
Good luck!
