Why didn't my £82.53 rollover ? Do you have NCO now or is it the IA software that is calculating wrong ?

Ummm that looks correct.
end of March positive 70,95
April 12.48 + 70.05 = balance 82.53
May you had a negative of 181.05 and offset part of it with balance from April
In June you had positive revenue and they did in fact zero the negative in May since the balance matches revenue and is not reduced by any previous negative.
Unless bgo normally does not offset a negative with prior unpaid positive balances, that is the sad reality of smaller affiliates that unpaid positive balances can be and are at times wiped out by a negative in the following months.
Many affiliates that meet minimum payment thresholds most months may never have experienced this but is a small affiliate's reality.

Side note: I would love to be proven wrong in this particular case, but have in fact seen these scenarios many times over the years.

Thanks for that guys, I did not know bgo did that, and I am hoping this is worked out.
That is really a positive for this group.

I emailed them Thursday and got a reply on Friday that they will look into it. So let's see what happens.
Is it only for me that impressions and clicks updated every hour, but registrations and player activity( commission, deposits) only update once every 24h?
Before everything was 1 hour...

Hmm, Okey.
I would prefer hourly on all stats... But what can you gonna do, right.
Update on the rollover issue... My manager is still waiting to hear back from income access.....
This is going so fast...

Update:
They are working on the issue and also found something else.
So I'll just have to be patient
But I wonder what the other problem is.

Update:
The rollover issue has been fixed and I should not have any problem with it in the future. Very nice.

Well the answer came today when I asked if commissions were processed yet.
"The reason we haven’t procceeded with August payments yet is because we recently found out that the Net Revenue in the affiliate system has been artificially inflated due to an administration error following our recent move to a new backend system on June 11th, resulting in affiliate partners on revenue share/hybrid deals being overpaid."
So commissions showing in stats for June,July, and August are not correct.
My real commissions were much lower :/

"The reason for this overpayment is that turned bonuses haven’t been deducted when calculating net revenue. "

In looking at my stats, it looks as if they've been under-reported (not overstated).
We've not heard anything about this by the way...
Neither did I, but when I asked today about commission payments this month, I got the answer that they are not yet processed because of this issue.
If you send an email to your AM you will get correct commissions for June, July and August.
