Let's say a player deposits 10£ and gets 10£. Then he wagers the money and has now let's say 100£. Is that calculated as -90£ net Rev?

My guess is that it should be -100£.

10£ deposit and winning 90£ would be -90£ BEFORE you factor in the bonus.

First a question, where in the player stats can affiliates actually SEE these bonuses that were "calculated incorrectly"? (Hint - we cannot).

Second, the bonus can only hurt earnings and never help earnings (counted against you in the event the player profits but not counted for you if the player converts the bonus and then loses it all).

Third, my firm belief (based on discussions) is that this was not a calculation error. Instead, this was a retroactive policy change in how revenue is calculated.

Comb through your player stats (prior to June 11 and after) and figure out what exactly is different (hint - you will not likely be able to do so). This is a retroactive, back room change in calculations - not a miscalculation in bonus.

In breaking character, I won't be harping on this issue any further. I'm simply moving on (with bgo not holding any spots of prominence on our sites).

This is exactly the way I see it. On the given dates June, July and August, there are not particular massive spikes in commission, just one massive drop when the issue has been invented.

it's only a matter of time until everybody dump the program really , I already spoke to them as well. If i feel that i will not make money anymore I must say as well Goodbye BGO.

The admin error occurred since our move to the new back end system (11^th June) where the turned bonus weren’t deducted when calculating overall net revenue. These deductions are standard industry wide that all operators apply to all affiliate accounts.

We have continued our open and honest approach with our affiliates and explained our mistake and put together a plan to rectify the error. The majority of affiliates that we have contacted have understood the issue and others that have not we are working closely with case by case to resolve any problems and to maintain a working relationship.

No, it was not deducted this month. I still do not see how they arrived at the amount they deducted from the past few months either.

However, instead of making a deduction of "bonus", they sent us an email saying that they were reducing commissions on all players (even players sent under previous "lifetime deal"). They seem to find new, creative ways to steal.

I have only sent them a few depositing players so far. Im still pretty new to this but Sky and BGO are my main two and they seem to be on a mission to shaft their affiliates as much as possible. Im tempted to send them the shirt off my back on a recorded delivery

I have just signed up to Bet365 after I hearing good reports about them on here. I will start pushing them next week.

There are plenty of better options out there than bgo.
