    Default highstakespoker.pl content theft

Well sorry to say again there is another webmaster among us who as stolen the same article from our site. This time its the site xxhttp://www.highstakespoker.plxx

The link where they have stolen my content can be seen here below.

    xxhttp://www.highstakespoker.pl/poker-strategy/412/xx

A screen shot at the bottom of this page will be supplied as proof. I have to figure out if they are members here so i am asking if anyone knows this person please ask them to remove the stolen content.

The page my content is on is here below.

    http://www.casinoarticlesonline.com/...free_slots.php

It is another cut and paste job....

Based on my research of this since last night here is what i found.

    This webmaster owns the domain

    xxhttp://www.highstakespoker.plxx

The also i believe own the following domains below

    xxhttp://www.localpokerlive.comxx
    xxhttp://www.mybigpoker.comxx
    xxhttp://www.infopoker.plxx

    And possibly - xxhttp://www.thepokergrinders.comxx (not 100%)

They are mainly promoting Poker Stars on these Polish sites..

They have the affiliate code below,

    xxhttp://www.pokerstars.com/?source=10142966xx

I will assume they can be tracked to the code 10142966.

I will be in contact with the affiliate department at poker stars to investigate this immediately today and inform them of this.

Like wise i am in contact with the hosting companies who are hosting these sites as well to inform them.

The name associated with these sites based on Domain Tools and looking up their infos is Filip Muzolf

Please note all these domains seem to point to this person, and in the site all links are pointing to the site xxhttp://www.infopoker.plxx based on all the blog posts and connection between the sites.

In the site there is allot of reference to the site xxhttp://www.thepokergrinders.com as being the main blog which is a rake back site.... It may be a feed i am not sure.

If anyone knows this person please have them contact me to have my stolen content removed from their site please..

I will report back with more info i am investigating on this affiliate...

    One thing to note:

It seems both Alphonso69 a member here and this affiliate are stealing the same content from many sites.... there is a connection here.

My prelim feeling is one of them copied from another and as it turns out it was my content they stole!!!

These theives must be stopped right away....

    Thanks folks..

PS here is the screen shot of the article below of my stolen content word for word cut and paste exactly....

Yeah both these webmasters, alphonso69 and the guy from highstakespoker.pl are both theives...

There other posts are also copies from other websites. Common practice i guess from these 2 guys.

I have alerted the hosting companies, all the Ams and will see what happens.

Further from that unless i get an apology and its admitted i will continue to go up the ladder so to speak!!

    Cheers

I am the owner of highstakespoker.pl

First of all sorry for my weak english
Second of all you are not allowed to call me thief Imagine that I bought that site few days ago. I wanted to pay money to somebody to create a website about poker conent as my seo tool (I don't have time to do it by my self). I was glad that opportunity to buy site like this appear to me. And now tell me, how could I check that site with all other poker sites around the world? Could I? Now all I can do is to remove conent which belongs to you and I did it. I can only say "sorry, didn't know" But using my name (Filip Muzolf) and calling me thief as not nice also, so I am waitint for you to say "I am sorry" also.

Finishing my post I want to say that highstakespoker.pl was bought only to use for my self. I wanted to make it as my seo positioning tool and nothing else. Never wanted to make it commercial sites. Once again I am sorry.

WAKE UP! Geese you malicious exploiters are really beginning to **** me off!

Remove the content ASAP. Us folks who do honest work spend most of our time chasing buggers like you around.

Check what you pay for and thanks for removing the content. Now go back doing the Black Hat seo work, nothing like living off others.
