Historical Reports

Hi All,
</SPAN>
We sent out communication announcing that historical reports would be available as of the 18th of April, and we have unfortunately not been able to meet that deadline.
</SPAN>
We have run into some issues with uploading the historical data into our new system, and can at the current point in time not commit to a specific date this will be live. We are working full time on resolving the issue and apologize for the inconvenience this may cause you.
</SPAN>
Should you in the meantime need your historical data you are welcome to contact your account manager or </SPAN>support@fortuneaffiliates.com</SPAN> and we will provide you with it.</SPAN>

Please bear with us for a little longer, with a new system launch there are bound to be some teething problems. We will keep you informed of any updates on this thread.</SPAN>

Best Regards,</SPAN>
Fortune Affiliates </SPAN>

Personally I would like to see the last few years of reports broken down by day and campaign.

Or you could just turn the old reports back on since you switched the sftware without doing any testing.

I am always shocked that affiliate programs make these kinds of changes without oing any testing....

If you HAD tested this, you would not have made the switch until it worked....if you made the switch KNOWING it didn't work wel that is just plain _________________

Hi Universal,</SPAN></SPAN>

We apologize for the inconvenience caused and we are working around the clock to ensure that you have access to your past reports.</SPAN></SPAN>

In the meantime your account manager will send you your March stats and audit reports and if you wish to see months prior to that we will send you those too. We can also provide you with your payment history.</SPAN></SPAN>

This new system has been a year in the making and I can assure you that it has been and continues to be put through rigorous testing.</SPAN></SPAN>

Please do not hesitate to contact your account manager or </SPAN>support@fortuneaffiliates.com</SPAN>, we are here to make this change easier.</SPAN></SPAN>

Best Regards,</SPAN></SPAN>

Since the stats do NOT show historical reports they were turned on even though they don't work.

If they in fact went through rigorous testing, the tester must have had their eyes closed, or maybe they weren't tested to actually show results.

Update on Historical Reports and Opening Balances

Hi All,

Our new Affiliate System has been operational for a little over a month, and we want to thank you for your patience through this transitional phase.

Historical Reports

We sent out communication stating that your historical reports would be available as of 18 April, but we have unfortunately not been able to meet this deadline. We have run into unforeseen complications with uploading the historical data into the new system. As a result, we cannot, at the present time, commit to a deadline for when these complications will be resolved.

We would like to assure you that the issue is our top priority and a resolution is being worked on. Should you require your historical reports in the meantime, please do not hesitate to contact your Account Manager or support@fortuneaffiliates.com. We will be able to send through the information you require. We do apologize for the inconvenience that this may be causing you.

Opening Balances and Payments

Please be aware that due to the historical data migration issues, there may be complications with additions or deductions not being implemented on the Opening Balance and Payments on your account. This means that your Account Summary Report and Summary Earnings Reports will be incorrect.

This complication may occur if, by the end of March you were not paid for any of the below reasons:

• Payment was below the minimum threshold
• Your banking details have not been added or updated
• Your payment was rejected

Please don’t hesitate to contact your Account Manager or support@fortuneaffiliates.com if you have any queries regarding how this affects your specific account.

Please also note that most outstanding payments are due to incorrect payment details, so be sure to double check that yours are up to date.

Best Regards,
Fortune Affiliates

So what kind of timetable is estimated for these stats reports to work, that went through all this testing even tho they don't work?

BUMP... I'm interested in knowing when the historical stats are going to work and when past payments are going to be resolved (for those who fall into the "March reporting error" debacle.

I want to note that aside from not being paid correctly and not seeing historical reports, I do like the new system. Although, these two issues are a big deal.

Hi All,

We are happy to announce that your Historical Reports are now live in the new Fortune Affiliates System! Please send any questions or concerns through to support@fortuneaffiliates.com.

We want to thank you for your patience through this transition phase.

@Universal4 - apologies for not coming back to you sooner, setting an estimated live date proved very difficult.
@Shay - very happy to hear that you like the new system!

Best Regards,
Fortune Affiliates

Still don't have historical reports and no answer from support.

Hi Zuutroy,

I see your query was sent to support on the 27th, and was passed on to your account manager. He is in the process of looking into the matter and will get back to you privately shortly.

Best Regards,
Fortune Affiliates
