Holdem Genius Scam?! Please help.

Hello Members,

I am looking for any advice to help with Holdem Genius. I purchased the software and choose the $100 option so I wouldn't have to open a new account at another pokersite and so it would be unlocked right away. I installed the program, and it opens my pokersite (Lock Poker, a supported site) properly, but when I go to move Holdem Genius over a pokerroom, Holdem Genius doesn't allow me to attach, but instead gives me a message saying, "Error. Please relaunch your pokerroom." I have relaunched the pokersite and restarted my computer numerous times. I followed all the advice I could find on their website and online, but nothing is working.

I have written three messages to their support team but have not gotten any response. There is no number to call, so I feel like I am at a loss and have been scammed out of $100. I can't believe that no one has responded to me after numerous attempts. I had done a lot of research before I purchased the program and it seemed like the majority of people are using this program, so I thought it seemed safe. Was I wrong? Is Holdem Genius a big scam?

Please help me. Any advice you can give me about what to do or even who to contact would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much for your time.

Sincerely,

A frustrated player
