Hello! As I know, best is DigitalOcean server with Ubuntu and dedicated IP. Its about 10 dollars per month and You have an unlimited space, unlimited traffic and - its Your personal server!

Cloudways is even better than, as you can get a managed DigitalOcean server there. Working with DigitalOcean droplets directly is too much of a challenge for most people.

BTW Vultr has better performance.

I recently started using DigitalOcean together with Serverpilot and I am positively surprised. I didn't want to work with DigitalOcean droplets directly so Serverpilot was a good solution for me. They have a free version for unlimited servers and unlimited websites that worked fine, but I also added the couch-version for $10 to one of my droplets to test their auto-ssl feature.

Cloudways looks like a great solution as well.

We use it for some non-igaming stuff though.

Kyup are also decent, recently been added to cloudways. They allow auto scaling which the others don't which is good for sites that receive surges of traffic.

Annoying thing about digital ocean is you can't scale down, you have to clone it to a new server. We have some mainstream stuff that is very seasonal (as in no traffic 11 months of the year then goes bat **** crazy) and it's out biggest / only issue with digital ocean.

US facing online casinos aren't illegal though (yet), so in theory you'd be fine going by the letter of the law (terms). But if they've specifically said this to you I'd maybe avoid a site like SuperUSAOnlineCasinosHere.com in case they're overly cautious/don't understand.
