Question How did the second quarter of 2020 compare with the first quarter of 2020 for you?

The second quarter of 2020 just ended, so it is now time to ask our periodic question to members about how the revenue they are earning has changed over the last quarter.

If you compare revenue from the second quarter of 2020 (April to June) to revenue from the first quarter of 2020 (January to March), how did it change? Did it get better, stay the same, or get worse for you?

And post your thoughts about the changes you have seen and your view of what the future holds. How much do you think the changes you saw between the two quarters is directly due to the coronavirus pandemic, how much is related to general economic conditions, how much is related to changes in the online gaming affiliate marketplace, how much is related to seasonal fluctuations, how much to special events, how much is purely random, and how much is related to changes in what you are doing?

Revenue grew roughly between 11% and 20% for me in the 2nd quarter of this year.

Despite the fact that the coronavirus is unfortunately ruining the global economy, it has had a positive effect, but only to some length. There's no doubt that it's done more harm than good, but since people have been staying at home more and playing from the comfort of their own rooms, it has been a big advantage for this industry for sure.

I don't believe it will last forever, obviously. But I predict that this trend will carry on throughout this year and possibly sometime into 2021 also. We'll see...

But so far, so good in general terms for casino affiliates.

Hopefully, things will improve a lot more than what they currently are for everyone.

We continued to have significant growth in the second quarter following an already great first quarter. We are however starting to see things slowing down in the past couple of weeks and most recent days.

Roughly flat, poor end to Q1 and poor start to Q2 but heading back to parity now - classical 'trough', hopefully followed by a peak to flatten things out overall before the end of the year.
