Question How did the third quarter of 2014 compare with the second quarter of 2014 for you?

The third quarter of 2014 just ended, so it is now time to ask our periodic question to members about how the revenue they are earning has changed over the last quarter.

If you compare revenue from the third quarter of 2014 (July to September) to revenue from the second quarter of 2014 (April to June), how did it change? Did it get better, stay the same, or get worse for you?

And post your thoughts about the changes you have seen and your view of what the future holds. How much do you think the changes you saw between the two quarters is due to general economic conditions, how much is related to changes in the online gaming affiliate marketplace, how much is related to seasonal fluctuations, how much to special events like the world cup last quarter, how much is purely random, and how much is related to changes in what you are doing?

I had to choose the first option but the reason is that I started to be active with my site in the beginning of this year. So not really something to compare.

My 2nd quarter this year was bad. But the 3rd was great, actually it was my best quarter ever. This difference resulted in a 55% growth between the 2nd and the 3rd quarter this year.

Last year I tried many different sites in multiple markets. This year I focused more on my main websites again, in SEO and content. It was a good idea to put more focus on my main websites. In the beginning I didn't see much difference, but after some months I started seeing growth. Now after more then a half year I can say that it was a big success to focus on my main websites.

Although it was World Cup in June it was one of the worst months for me. July on the other hand was great. Maybe in the beginning of the World Cup it was to easy to predict the games and people started loosing most money to the end of the World Cup.

The second quarter was pretty bad for us as well. The third quarter was been decent and hopefully the fourth and 2015 will show more growth.

With too many big winners in so many programs, the third quarter took a nose dive for me.

For Casino City there was a small bump in the third quarter versus the second quarter revenue this year. More specifically, revenue was up 4.2% versus the prior quarter, which leaves it unchanged, within 5%, for purposes of the poll. Historically, the third quarter is frequently a down quarter for us versus the second quarter, so I'm very happy with a small increase. Comparing the third quarter of 2014 with the third quarter of 2013, we saw an increase of 27.2% in affiliate revenue. If only that was typical, I think I would have retired long ago.

This year's been steady and sustained growth for ThePOGG.com. Really pleased with the results. Traffic is up - though it would have been better if we hadn't had a few technological failures take the site down 3-4 times over the year - and we're seeing consistent income with solid programs. Financially I've seen more than a 50% growth in the 3rd quarter. Traffic has increased but not by that much.

I'm actually hoping to take someone on full-time in the next 6 months to help with some of the workload and possibly a second person within 12 months if growth holds up.

On top of all that we've got a big announcement coming hopefully before New Year....

I don't know exactly how it compares, because when does the quarter really end? If I ran now into the garden to the biggest tree and back to my desk, I am 0,000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000 00000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000 00000000000000003% younger than my wife. Her answer to the question would be different to my answer if I will ran 1 second before midnight on the last day of quarter.

Moreover: If I would travel mit 1/8 speed of light to the next black hole and make my rounds for some time, I will miss within one week hundreds of quarter polls.

And what about the zillions of other GPWA forums in universe? Math proves, that in universe or parallel universes our world is copied millions of time. On another Earth right now in this moment Michael is a big player in BMW company because his ancestors did not leave Germany. On another Earth right now Anthony is sitting with the explorer team in Tunguska and making party because he found the truth of the event of 1908. On another Earth Nazis won World War II and on another Earth 9/11 never happened.

This is science, a fact ... reality. So I have to ask the other million Leopolds how their last quarter compared. But that's not possible, because if I go one step to the right, the half of all other Leopolds will go one the step to the left wherever they are right now in this moment.

I can't answer this question, but one thing is clear:

If winning webmasters exist, who have earned more in the last quarter, then there are also webmasters, who have earned less, perhaps nothing. This is also simple math, and my thought goes to all who have earned less or nothing.

Grew with over 100% mostly because Google Algo updates + all my players are playing very seasonal.
