How do casinos afford such large tournament prizes?

I'm curious how many of you actually believe that a casino that promotes such prizes for their tournaments are actually "really" giving away the prizes they say they are. The example below is from Rich Casino. I doubt such a small market casino is actually giving away such a large amount of money. I just get this feeling that the leader board will be full of bots and casino employees and no actual player would ever with the top prizes. Now this could be due to my decade of dealing with cheating in the industry but what are your thoughts?

Most tournaments are network tournaments so its the networks funds not the casinos

They usually have a free chip entry then the players paying a fee to continue playing,this particular casino is not so small as it does well in USA market and by my own player feedback they seem to be able to pay higher amounts per week than most.My players are depositing $xxx,xxx a month at this casino and they seem to be able to pay well .We started out just doing bingo with them about 9 years ago so they have been around a long time and no doubt they probably have decent amount of players by now.I am not a fan of the software but Malci is a great person to work with.
