Many GPWA users have one site and only focus their efforts on it. There is also a large group of users who have 2,3,5,10 and more sites.
There have been several topics in the past about who runs how many sites and the results of surveys and posts (on average) can be estimated at 50/50. That is, half have one site and half have many.
Although after analyzing the pages in the accounts of those users who have commented in those few old threads it seems that those who had one page were more successful, of course each side has its own rationale and each way is good. Something that may work for one may not work for another user or market.
However, the topic isn't quite what's better, as it's already been discussed in total, although you can always update the statements for 2025, so I encourage discussion here as well.
The question is for people who run more than one site. How do you find the time and organize your work to make it all work?
Do you just have set days of the week on which you work on one site and another day on the other?
I don't hide the fact that it's tempting to have more sites, but I've been trying to get going for a long time and it seems to be getting harder and harder, and in 2025 having one successful site already seems like a lot. However, when I start a second project I seem to waste time and never get it off the ground, so I'm looking for inspiration.
