How earn money from bet365 for Company

I'm new in this business but I have own Company and I earned some money from bet365 affiliates.

Could you tell me how can witdhraw money to my Company ?

I mean, I would like ot create invoice but basically I don't have all details from Bet365 like VAT number.

How is this work ? I earn money from them, make a payment, get money but what about some invoice - I would liek to tax this income.

You should really contact your affiliate manger at bet365. You won't be paid out unless you have at least five depositing players.

Yes I know about the limit of players and I have above this limit - it was just technical question. Maybe someone can help, if not I will contact my affiliate manager.
