How to file a complaint against unlicenced sportsbook?

When i started to affiliate bussiness i did not know about even gaming licences! So i applied to every site i come accross with good revenue share rates. Its been a while and i can not receive my commission from one unlicenced sportsbook around 15k. They say go file a complaint wherever you want! So i will.

This company operates in Turkey which is illegal and based in malta . They do not have licence also. Only legal entity within their work is a affiliate software company based in Europe.

If i file a complaint to European Union commission, anti-money laundering commission (money laundering can be done in this sportsbook), maltese goverment and any other relevant places with the connection of that legal affiliate software company in a single email, would it be helpfull to make enough voice ?

Legal gambling software company serves to totally illegal gambling activity in Turkey and sportsbook is based in malta. I thought it would do harm to sportsbook somehow. Because affiliate sofware company should have details about sportsbook.

Please enlighten me on what to do, i do not know if i do correct. I am so angry to this sportsbook due to their attitude against to me.

Name and shame. If they stole from you; then they'll steal from others. Don't let them get away with it. Name them so that other affiliates stop promoting them.

There's no one to complain to. You probably couldn't even pinpoint which exact company and exact person you should file a lawsuit against.

In my case, when I reached 100% certainty that one brand is rogue I wrote a detailed review, warning players to stay away, and with the help of my fellow affiliates I made sure it ranks #1 on Google in the respective market. In fact, I'm #2, just behind the brand itself.

In unlicenced territories, brands have to rely on reputation. So that's your weapon of choice.

However, you'll probably have to lie, since they're probably good towards players and bad towards affiliates. Players wouldn't care if an affiliate got scammed even if they understood affiliation in the first place.

Affiliates won't care about your problems either, and will continue to promote that same sportsbook even if you had 15k stolen.

And will then post a tragic thread about that same brand stealing from them a year or two from now, asking for help.

Just post the name, this programs are making our life much difficult. They dont care how much work you put to get some depositing players, they steal money from everyone.

I concur 100% and I am not saying this to be a wise %s# but its obvious your new to the industry, because old timers would neve have asked about filing a complaint. To quote Myer Lanski in The Godfather Part II, "this is the business we've chosen." Do what Patriots suggested, Out Them, thats it.

When you say it operates out of Malta, doe you mean it's a Maltese registered company? If they are operating illegally, the MFSA should be interested. Albeit, many have a set up with a Curacao/Montenegro license behind them etc etc!

You are not referring to the Tipico spin-off Rivalo?

What about banking, have you received any payment from a bank account (what's the bank). What payment processors are they using?

From my experience applying pressure in the right place can have a positive affect!

Anyway, i can't understand why you won't name the company - it suggests you are not willing to go all-in!

I agree with the other guys here. First please warn the rest of us on these scammers. Also shaming them might have a positive effect, the company might not be interested but the affiliate software company if they are truly independent as in just a client relationship would sure care if they are lumped together.
