I think it's very important to add new content to your site regularly.

Currently, I often update the past content of one or two articles per day.

Better update old content than create more pages seo-wise, if you have an already established website with a lot content

We try our best to keep adding new pages and updating current pages. Lots of work indeed.

Very interesting topic so I am refreshing.

What is the situation with you currently in this regard?

I have been trying to add pages as often as possible lately, but currently I prefer to have a fixed number of pages and not add anything anymore and focus on other type of promotion. Possibly update existing pages as needed. It seems to me that it is better to have 10 pages with unique useful content not found on other sites than 1000 repetitive pages about nothing.

Unique, visitor focused content, is always KING. Thin content is definitely disliked by Google, especially these days.

We usually add a page a week. I don't see any use in adding pages just to have the dynamics right. Though this must be an effective strategy if you run a new section
